TMSB is the single biggest FDI in Sarawak SCORE Project, so I wanted to be a part of it.
But I never shy away from my challenges. Since I had never worked for a Japanese Company before, so the immediate task was to quickly learn and adapt myself to the Japanese Work Culture, Ethics and Protocols.
Exciting part of your job?
This is my third involvement in logistic field. It is always exciting to be involved in a stage to start up a new manufacturing plant and the challenges will always keep you on the right edge.
Best thing ever happened?
To have a chance to be directly involved in the formation of TMSB’s Logistics Team and to build up the team spirit based on respect & a common objective – The Success of the Tokuyama Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Despite the slight communication issue, our Japanese Colleagues are friendly to work with. Our National staffs are equally fantastic as well.
Well, one’s destiny is always in own hands.
Advice to new staff?
